“What is the price of an inflatable arch?” is the first question most event managers and brand teams ask us. The honest answer is that there is no single price. Two arches that look similar in a photo can differ a lot in cost because of size, material and print. This guide explains what goes into a quote so you can plan your budget and compare offers properly.
1. Size of the arch
Size has the biggest effect on cost. A wider and taller arch needs more fabric, more stitching, a larger blower and more packing. Most enquiries we get are for arches between 15 ft and 40 ft wide, but we also make smaller arches for store entrances and larger ones for marathons and stadium events.
Always share the clear width and height you need. Measure the road, gate or entrance where the arch will stand, and leave some space on both sides for anchoring.
2. Material: PVC or Oxford fabric
Inflatable arches are usually made in either PVC tarpaulin or coated Oxford (nylon/polyester) fabric.
- Oxford fabric is lighter, easier to carry and quicker to set up. It is a good choice for events where the arch moves from city to city.
- PVC is heavier and more durable, handles rough outdoor use better and is easier to clean. It costs more than Oxford for the same size.

3. Branding and print area
Full-colour digital print across the whole arch costs more than a plain colour arch with a few logos. Removable banners with velcro are another option if you want to change sponsors for each event. Share your artwork early so we can suggest the most cost-effective way to print it.
4. Shape
Standard square arches and curved arches are the most economical. Custom shape arches, for example an arch shaped like your product, bottle or mascot, take more design and stitching time, so they are priced higher.

6. Quantity and timeline
Ordering more than one arch with the same design usually lowers the cost per piece. Very short deadlines can add cost because production has to be prioritised, so share your event date as early as possible.
